The Freedom Hub includes digital and downloadable resources, online courses, videos, podcasts, written homework, quizzes, PDF workbooks, and online forums operated by Golden Bear Therapies on websites like www.goldenbeartherapies.com (collectively referred to as "the Program"). If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you cannot use the Program. In these Terms and Conditions, "Releasees" refers to the following entities: (i) Golden Bear Therapies, its owners, members, managers, directors, officers, past and present employees, agents, coaches, representatives, successors, and assigns (referred to as "the Company," "we," or "us"); and (ii) any Company volunteers. 1. Your Membership Elements a. The Freedom Framework Course This is our primary online program. It covers essential topics for your personal and professional development. b. The Freedom Hub This is where you become part of our community. Members enjoy the full Freedom Framework course, an online community for discussions, monthly podcasts, and access to all digital resources. 2. Payment When you join, you are choosing a monthly billing cycle. Your membership will automatically renew unless you decide to cancel or change your billing cycle. For billing questions or changes, reach out to us at jess@goldenbeartherapies.com. 3. Cancellation and Refunds You can cancel your membership at any point. To do so, simply email us at jess@goldenbeartherapies.com, and we'll process your request. Your access will continue until your current paid period ends. Please note that we offer a 30-day refund policy only at the initial sign-up; after that, refunds aren't available. 4. Intellectual Property All our content, including videos, materials, and trademarks, belongs to us and is protected by copyright. You're allowed to use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. If you want to use it for any commercial purpose or share it with others, please request our written permission. 5. Your Content We may use your comments, posts, or contributions for various purposes, including organising them in our resources section for easy access by all members. We will ask for your approval before we do so. 6. Conduct We maintain a respectful community. Please be considerate and follow our guidelines. Harassment, harm, or sharing of private information is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of our materials will result in penalties. 7. Confidentiality We respect your privacy. Anything you learn about other members, their businesses, or patients during your membership should remain confidential. 8.
